This book’s endbands and bookmark are French goatskin. Its boards are wrapped in a 1969 map of Earth’s moon, and its spine is covered in Alran French goatskin that was processed at Rocky Mountain Leather Supply in Sandy, Utah. It is argented using our hundreds year old leather working tool.
The talisman in this book is a 1969 commemorative medallion from the Apollo 12 mission. Its obverse reads: “Apollo 12, Charles Conrad Jr., Richard F. Gordon, Alan L. Bean, Nov. 14-24th, 1969.”
