Its boards are wrapped in a 1959 map of the United States, and its spine is covered in Badalassi Italian calfskin that was processed at Rocky Mountain Leather Supply in Sandy, Utah. Its ormolu was hand-applied using tools carved by Kevin Noakes in Rustington, West Sussex, England.
