It is sewn with Irish linen thread in the linked stitch pattern that was developed by the ancient Copts. This stitch allows the book to lie open easily at any page.
The book’s endbands and bookmark are goatskin. Its boards are wrapped in archival paper that was hand-marbled by Joao Paulo Moreiro in London, England, and the book is half-bound in Brillianta book cloth from the Netherlands.
The talisman in this book is a 2021 Isle of Man 50 pence coin featuring Tinkerbell from Peter Pan, and the quotation from J.M. Barrie’s book, “Tink was not all bad; sometimes she was all good.”
