This stitch allows the book to lay open easily at any page. The book’s leaves are decorated on recto, featuring vintage display advertising cuts that were printed using our 1882 Golding Pearl #1 printing press.
This book’s endbands and bookmark are French goatskin. Its boards are wrapped in hand-marbled paper from il Papiro in Florence, Italy that has been over-written with the words of an 18th Century French love letter, and the book is half-clothed in Dubletta book cloth from the Netherlands.
